Year in Review 2022

26 December 2022 4 minute read year in review

A look back at some infographics from 2022 for me.

YouTube Music (original post)

oh hey, it’s infographics time! I would say “because Spotify said so” but apparently YouTube beat them by a day this year, so that’s neat (didn’t know until the Spotify crowd started though, lmao).

anyway, let’s start with the summary! it’s… weird.

So far as I can tell, the “music personality” thing was determined by.. these?

Right…

this is cool to know though. considering it does factor normal YouTube into account, I’m kinda surprised I’m that high on the list. nice.

and finally: the seasons.

right, that’s all, now to go be quiet about what I listen to for another year /hj

(I mean, tbf, the recap did say that it barely changes lmfao)

Twitch (original post)

I did better this year than last year (in terms of streaming more consistently - still wanna do better on that though). :)

first is streamer recap, second is viewer recap. since Twitch couldn’t be bothered to make that clear on the graphics…

PlayStation (original post)

damn, I really do play PC more than PS5.

keep getting around 80-90 hours on PS5, and I know my annual Steam hours are, uh… an embarrassing amount greater…

Hours played: 89
Games played: 20
Trophies earned: 58
PS Plus games: 20

Top game: God of War Ragnarök with 52 hours played (or 58% of total playtime this year).

Steam (original post)

So, Steam tried to avoid including the number of hours… But I apparently spent 10% of my time in Elden Ring, and that was ~130-ish hours. :oof:

Destiny2 was 46%…

50 games played (top 9% of players)
864 sessions
29 new games
294 achievements
